How does the picking order work? I know orange gets first pick but do they have to take an ACC team or just any eligible BCS team that doesn't have a tie-in?

Orange gets to replace FSU with Clemson. Then they also have the first at-large pick, followed by Sugar and then Fiesta last.

As of now the Fiesta is all set with Baylor (Big 12 champ) vs Central Florida ( last at-large pick). Rose will be Stanford vs OSU-MSU loser. BCS championship is FSU vs OSU or Auburn.

If OSU wins, then the Sugar will have Auburn vs Oregon/Oklahoma and the Orange will have Clemson vs Bama.

If OSU loses, the Sugar will have Bama vs Oregon/Oklahoma and the Orange will have Clemson vs OSU.

If MSU loses and falls out of the top 14 then the Rose can pick an at large team, they don't have to take them. Bama/Stanford would be possible then.
