So what is the NZAA going to do about Kiffy? I have to believe that Pat Haden will have a very difficult time getting any relief on their appeal with that clown as the head coach.

If I was a recruit, I'd be thinking twice about that letter of intent I faxed in today. Makes me wonder how USC is getting their top 3 or top 5 class while on probation.

Since USC is appealing the sanctions, they don't have to abide by the scholarship reduction penalties. Once the appeal is finished, then the scholly restrictions will kick in. You'll see a definite dip in their recruiting classes the next few years (unless they win the appeal).

I have a stinking suspicion the penalties will be minimal. The coaches are not there and there is no allegation of pay for play, or other extra benefits of value. (I guess one can argue the hostesses provided some services.... But, to think top notch recruits don't have willing ladies on every visit is being a lil blind to reality)

I see Lane having more issues with his boss at USC b/c I think Hayden has little use for him.

I like Dooley and think he'll do the best he can at UT, but I think Kiffin's misgivings are going to hurt CDD in the end and cost him his job. I hate UT but like DD, but Kiffin should be NAILED while I think UT should get off alittle light considering the coaches are gone. Just shows how stupid USC is for hiring the moron. Atleast Al Davis tried to tell us so when he fired him....

Be banned from coaching for a time since he has not demonstrated the capacity to coach under rule and consistent improper contact with recruitments. It couldn't happen to a better silver spooned guy. I think they slow Kitten down like they did Sampson who was supposed to not call at all or had almost all his privileges gone but he still used the phone. I think Kitten should be hit harder than anyone else in this case. Dont let him leave the campus and limit his visits even on campus.

Kiff will probably be forced to resign like Sampson since he is a repeat offender and back at U$C. I don't think their new AD has taken to Kiff's "charm" like former employers of his. And USC does not want anymore trouble from the pwers that be in the NCAA.

Kiff made Al Davis with the Raiders look competent for the first time in years. It's hard to believe anyone could make Al Davis look like he has any mental capacity.
