It'll be difficult for sure. Watched a few minutes of their game against Arizona on Saturday night. On the first drive, Oregon returned the kickoff and turned the ball over on downs within 45 seconds. Against a team like Alabama that runs a methodical offense, Oregon's offense would put their defense in some major trouble with that time.
with a month to prepare for the quack attack, i would really like our chances to win big if it were Bama vs. Oregon in the big game.
With a month to prepare, Bama beats anyone. Look at Saban's record while at Alabama with more than two weeks to prepare. He's 4-1 in bowl games and 6-0 in opening games. The only loss was the Utah Sugar Bowl game, which had some unusual circumstances for a Saban team.
Yep, with 35 bowl games, everybody gets a bowl bid, too many bowls with too many crappy teams. Seems like I said that last year, still applies.
I don't know whether or not they will become bowl eligible, but I say they beat Arky when they play them. Probably ole miss too.
I think Arky bounces back after their 4 game skid (including aTm this weekend) to beat Auburn. I also think Ole Miss absolutely tears Auburn up this year with their new offense. Vandy is a toss-up I think. aTm should take them out. NMST and AA&M should be 2 wins for them, but UGA and Bama should mud stomp them.
I think they have 4 more wins at least... Arkansas (they're in full meltdown), Vandy (those two close losses have deflated them), and the two cupcakes... They could beat Mississippi possibly to get to 6...
