I really wonder if Dee can come back (again) with all the RB prospects coming in. I hope he does. This guy could've gone anywhere coming out of high school and he chose Bama. I hope he knows we're all pulling for him.
I know! He said don't believe the rumors that were out there, he was going to be fine. Unfortunately this isn't a rumor now. What is weird is that last night on the news they were saying that Hart had posted on his Twitter account that he was fine.
Lacy, Yeldon, Drake...who is 4th an 5th?

Brodie can certainly identify with Dee Hart right about now. He spent most of 2003 injured, worked his tail off to come back healthy for 2004, only to step wrong and tear his ACL in the third week of the season.I worry about the loss of those three. I think I'm worried the most about Dee Hart in that this is the same thing two years in a row. Forget Alabama for a moment. What does this do to him personally? The determination, hard work and mental toughness he went through to get back on the field this year. All that to happen AGAIN! Can the young man handle such adversity? I sure hope so. Then with all the new RB's coming in next year.....what does this do to him and his future?
I think it had to do with the field being a little wet from the earlier rain. When he went down he knew what it was. He hit the ground with his hands while waiting on the trainers. It did seem an odd way to be injured: calling for a fair catch and just stepping the wrong way. Yes, that would be a big concern regarding surgery and going AGAIN through the rehab process. Hopefully, he will be able to contribute in the future. Hang in there Dee!
If I remember correctly Hart actually walked from the sidelines to the tunnel.I don't think he was carted off like White. He might have been optimistic about coming back after a couple weeks. Then the MRI confirmed otherwise.
I agree with Calloway. While most of the team gets a semi "break" from practice and such I have a feeling Yeldon and Drake's week just got busier. It was mentioned at some point that they aren't as polished on their pass blocking. We know how hard and how well they run. Well boys, hope you learn pass blocking real fast. We have to have them do so if we're going to make any kind of run. I don't think Eddie can do it all by himself former injury or no injury.I say use Calloway. He has experience as an RB and would hopefully provide some depth in that position. This is Kenyan Drake's time to continue to step up and make the best of his chances.
He did. What worries me about his future prospects is that this is twice in 2 years and both have been basically non-contactIf I remember correctly Hart actually walked from the sidelines to the tunnel.
I was at the game and I can confirm that Dee jumped up and jogged off the field. They took him to the training table for about 5 minutes then he walked back to the locker room.If I remember correctly Hart actually walked from the sidelines to the tunnel.
