Well, as someone said in another post, time will tell. If I truly believed what you said was true, I'd be very anti-trump myself. You and I see things very differently, and I see flaws in some of those statements. But I will defend your right to believe them. So for now (at least until if and when your predictions happen) I am celebrating with the majority of this country and am very excited about the next four years.

My point is that I know a lot of republicans who have viewed Trump's court cases as 'lawfare' - accurate or not both sides would point to these 'preemptive pardons' as an admission of guilt.

To be clear, I'm NOT equating them, just pointing out that both sides would literally claim the same thing (accurate or not). IOW, I don't blame the Trump supporters for feeling this way - regardless of reasoning, the dems would feel the same way if the shoe was on the other foot.
Any one of them with a sense of self can turn down that pardon. And for the record, I don’t think anything. Any of those people did constitutes a crime and I even get the argument, but I still think it’s stupid.
