CS.......you think if UGA has a subpar year next year that losing some of the top recruits will cost him his job? You'd have to think if he starts losing recruits that he will get on thin ice. Here are some quotes from a couple of howling Dawg's.
its really looking shaky and this is coming from one of their commitmentsThey'll still get some of the dream team players but just not all of them which I don't think anyone but die hard UGA fans thought they could achieve that. Great pick up for Bama and he was very active all week in the UA game

A UGA commit, who is a big recruiter for them, has been saying all along that Dickson and Crowell would go to Bama and he Tweeted such earlier.explain jambama

Actually, reports from Georgia indicate Xzavier did flip a coin, five times as promised. The side displaying the Walk of Champions was considerably more impressive than the one with two hedges and a doghouse. He must have been flipping a coin with Big Al on one side and the script "A" on the other. This is a huge pick up. Roll Tide
Not Surf, skip, and I'm not a friend of the Georgia AD, BUT . . .CS.......you think if UGA has a subpar year next year that losing some of the top recruits will cost him his job? You'd have to think if he starts losing recruits that he will get on thin ice.
The only thing I learned new about Dickson was that he doesn't quit until the whistle blows. He made a couple of big TFL long after the snap and a long way from the LOS.Do you think Dickson performance at UA game and during practice could catapult him to a 5* status? He record some sacks and tackles for loss and looked great during the practices. Rivals has him at 135 nationally so I would have to think he at the very least makes the top 100 with that performance but could be possible to move up star rating.
Not that it's really that important, we got him and it's up to CNS now but it's fun to see how great our recruiting class can be rated
When you are having to make those kinds of promises about something that is not within your direct control, like recruiting, the end is probably near. Not Surf, skip, and I'm not a friend of the Georgia AD, BUT . . .
Richt, though respected and liked by the Georgia administration, finds himself at the crossroads formed by his team's mediocre performance and his fans' delusions of grandeur. With the East as weak as many of us have ever seen it, how UGA managed to lose more games than it won is a monumental accomplishment.
Georgia, under Richt's great moral leadership, also captured the Fulmer Cup. The Atlanta columnists are all over him. He has been forced to promise widespread changes for the second consecutive year, and this Dream Team schtick has only added to the expectations. Georgia already has a good recruiting class -- recruiting has never been UGA's problem -- and Richt's still going to sign Jay Rome, Damian Swann and likely Ray Drew and Crowell.
Even so, if Georgia has another year even close to resembling the past two, there is no way he survives.
