do we just play 1 on 1 the whole game. Wisconsin is not as athletic as us but as long as its not street ball they will beat us for sure. If both were equally athletic it w/d be a 20+ victory margin for the badgers. Heck it may be anyway.

we're doing alot of standing around, always wondered why {with the shooters we have} we don't set more high screens everyones standing around anyway

To me what it came down to was wisc. had size and we had athletes. We should have ran more fast breaks on them. Time after time I would see steele push the ball up only to have them slow it down. It was obvious wisc. didnt wanna run with us.

Wisconsin plays Big 11 basketball. Slow and boring. It'll be an interesting game when they play Illinois.
If you want to call it boring that's your own perogative. It however is an effective way to beat a team like Alabama who is more comfortable pushing the ball rather than running set plays. Bo Ryan has played this way for years, and it's been rather succesful for him, as displayed by his prior run to the Final Four and Wisconsin's continual competiveness in the Big 10.

To claim that the Big 10 is the only conference that runs a slow down offense is ridiculous. Every conference has their teams that run that same type of offense.

Point taken, the Big 11 has some teams who run and push. But when you look at them as a whole, they lack the athletes to really get out and run and push and fast-break. I do think it's boring. I thought the Detroit Pistons were a boring team last season when they won the NBA title.

Alabama is going to be fine. There are a lot of teams who have had their worst game of the season in Madison.

I'm in complete agreement here. I wouldn't base Bama's season on this one loss in a tough arena.
