Bad information.

I wasn't referring to the software itself, but what you can download with it and the fact that what you download can still be tracked. I don't use p2p to download music, haven't in years. The downloads that are really laden with viruses and spyware are warez. Download CS3 using ares and install it. Unless you've got some bang-up AV and Spyware protection you'll get something on your pc. Regardless, even if every file you download with Ares is 100% clean, you still risk a lawsuit if you download illegal files, as your communication can be tracked by any major ISP. I'd say that any combination of those factors qualify as danger.

I own a Firehouse Subs franchise. Before you can be cleared to open your first restaurant you have to go through 8 weeks of training. One of the things that is highly stressed is to NOT nickel and dime the customer.
To add to how serious they are about this, we take coupons even if it is from Subway. I do it gladly because I guarantee you that you will not go to a Subway again if you have one of our sandwiches. But back to my point, I had a cashier turn someone away because they had a coupon printed off of a computer. It was for a free drink and chip with the purchase of a sandwich. Well, the coupon so happened to be from a Coca Cola employee and they contacted Firehouse Corporate about it. With 30 minutes I get a call from my are rep telling me about the situation. About ten minutes later I get an e-mail from our marketing director with one simple sentence "Has she been fired yet."
