So the injury was on Monday Night Football

Yep.

They called a flea flicker and Riggins pitched it back to Joe to throw downfield. A play or two before, LT had already gotten his cocaine-fueled anger going.

But he felt horrible about that, too.

Not to make light of social problems, but if the Theismann injury happened today:
a) some social media posts would insist Theismann suffered a fentanyl overdose
b) others would blame a vaccine for it

Sadly, I'm not even mildly exaggerating.

Anyway, that is how shocking the visual was for that time. It was before we really sensationalized violence.

No…he spoke at an event and a bunch of us got to have a personal session with him, try on his SB ring etc…he said LT was immediately summonsing the sideline…he said Gibbs came out there and he was apologizing to the coach for getting hurt.

Yeah, but this FSU team is not very good. If they make the CFP, they get beat by 20+ in the first round with Travis at QB.
