Anybody catch their comments at the end of the Rose Bowl. "Oregon probably gave LSU their best game of the entire year and they tried to scrap their way back..." Then you have Herbie sitting there agreeing with.

I think Bama gave LSU their "Best game". I hope we monkey stomp the hell out LSU right there in front of Herby and Mushberger.
 
I guess I did not hear him wrong then. I thought I had obviously heard him wrong because thare is no comaprison between the two games.

Mustberger joins the "no respect for Bama" train

As the Rose bowl ended and Oregon beat Wisconsin, Mustberger commented that the ducks gave LSU their toughest test of the year back in September. In his twisted mind #3 Oregon giving up 40 points and ultimately losing 40 -27 to #4 LSU is better than #2 Bama losing by 3 points in overtime to the number one team in the country. I hope he is not broadcasting next week, I may have to mute the TV.

Usually he doesn't start drinking until the game is over. Guess he started early this time.

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard it, but seeing it here I guess he did actually say that.
 
Oh my gosh! Brent Musberger says Oregon gave LSU a better game than Bama. How dare he!! Yeah, he's wrong. So what? Let's just beat the hell out of LSU and make them remember who gave them their "best" game.

I'm just sick of all the Bama hate. Now I'm not one of those fans that thinks every sportscaster or sportswriter just has to gush over Bama or fall head over heels in love with the Tide, but there is just an outright insane level of disrespect among the majority of the media right now. That was a RIDICULOUS comment by Musberger, and very spineless (not to mention brainless) of Herbie to sit there and agree with him.

I've never wanted a Bama win more than I want this one. More than UF 2009. More than Texas in the BCSCG. More than any Iron Bowl during the lean years. Yes, I want a win.....and I want it to be a bloodbath.

Same here and I hope CNS is continuing to fill our player's ears with this junk. With LSU's Wil Blackmon's "They haven't earned their way here..." comment. Maybe Donta or Upshaw can remind him of that as they are blowing past him next Monday.
 
I would like to see a good old fashion monkey stomping. That's hilarious and I am not sure what it means exactly but can't be good for the one on the receiving end of it.

Maybe this talk will continue all the way up to kickoff.
 
Do you folks remember who called the LSU/Oregon game? Herbie and Musberger. They're saying Oregon gave them their "best" game because they called that game.
 
I have to not let Muskbooger upset me any more, blood pressure you know. I really think Kirk likes the Tide Like Saban & everything about Alabama. He is a good guy, sometimes I know he just does not know how to respond to that idiot.
