Introduce ourselves.

Hello All,

Im Brian from Northpot, AL. I will be graduating from the University of Alabama in May with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. Hope to end up with a job no further than Huntsville so that I can come back down for Bama games. So if anyone has any contacts in the industry up there that would be wonderful. Also as far as being a fan I am one of the painted script A guys that went painted to all the Bama games this season with the exception of Arkansas. Some of you may have seen me and my friend in Gainesville, Knoxville, Baton Rogue, and Shreveport as well as Tuscaloosa. Have a great couple of weeks leading up to NSD.

Roll Tide Roll!

Here's an interesting fact about me.

At Birmingham-Southern, my room mate was the guy who burned down 9 churches in Alabama.

Ouch , that blows . However , I'm sure since your enlistment that you've learned about 300 ways to solve that .

Hello Mark,

I am Daniel. Im a die hard Alabama fan, my Dad JPT4Bama is also a die hard Bama fan my Mom...... well she is an Aub but does not really care about football. I was born in Roebuck but moved to Hoover when I was about 10 since my parents did not won't me to go to Huffman. Anyway I have been a member of TideFans since September of 2006 and I love it alot.

That's my boy! :BigA:

Actually, you were born at St. Vincent's hospital since your Mom frowned on birthing you at home...and though she is an aub, she has managed to decorate practically every square inch of your room in Crimson Tide splendor! :BigA:

I'm Gene from Knoxville, TN.....I know. I'm in a hostile environment but some of the heat has been diverted to the Gators and Bulldogs over the past years. There are a few people where I work that are either Bama fans or graduates but I like reading the message boards to keep up with things. I'm a graduate and die hard fan. I'm glad that Coach Shula got a job with the Jags and I think Coach Saban is tough and will do a great job at Bama.
Roll Tide!

i' m B.R. born and raised in bham, a vandy alum, but lifelong bama fan. i currently live in the stl 'burbs.

hey guys. i figured this would be a good place to put my first post. im 21, and my name is kaleb, and im from ozark, al. I was born in Ft. Bragg, NC, but thankfully my dad raised me a die hard UA fan. I had the pleasure of paying his way to his first two UA games of his life this past year. (Ole Miss, and FIU). Im way too young to truely know what it means to be a bama fan, but with the hire of CNS im sure it wont be long be for i find out. RTR!!:BigA: :BigA:

And a random question while i have your attention, is the football fourm only for UA related football posts or football in general?

thanks guys and again rtr!

I'm another lady Bama fan. My name is Sherry and I was born in Montgomery. Went to the University--a few years ago (that's my story, don't question it) and then moved down here to West Palm Beach, FL. I love Tidefans largely because it makes me feel in touch with home and my team. Last night my friend, who was born and raised here, asked me who Bear Bryant was. You can see where I might feel a little "stranded on a strange planet".

Special, mainly for Bama-related FB. Right now, a lot about LSU FB is of interest to Bama fans. In fact, most FB material which relates to our traditional rivals or SEC FB in general is welcome. This time of the year - Super Bowl time - we tolerate some pro FB material, particularly when it relates to former Bama players and coaches. Otherwise, a post about the Bears, for example, in mid-season, if it were not about Mark Anderson, should go on the Pro board. Hope this helps...

Hi Everybody!

Roll Tide! I'm 51 years old. Life-time Bama fan. Born and raised in Montgomery. Never was good at sports. I started playing guitar when I was 12, switched to bass when I was 17. I've played in bands since I was 14. I'm still playing... I'm also a graphics artist/draftsman.

December of 2005, I needed a liver transplant. It was the most horrible year of my life. I received one October 25, 2006 at U.A.B. It's been tough, but God has been with me... It's great to be alive!!

I hope to meet some of you in person sometime.

Jack:cool:

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

Hey everybody,
the name is Tim, im 20, as of 2 weeks ago recieved my acceptance letter to the University of Alabama. I am a HUGE college football fan, and what better place to feed my urge of college football than in T-Town!!! I went on a campus visit back in Oct. I stayed for 5 days and those had to have been the best days of my life!!! I went to the Bama vs. Ole miss game and EVEN though it wasn't the preetiest win, it was a win in the books, i got to party on the strip, roll down Sorority Row, and walk around campus, and i promise i have never had so much fun like i said. SO i have 6 more months left in Houston, Tx then ill be headed out of here!!! I will be going back to T-Town in 2 weeks to do more academic stuff and look for an apartment and i am so excited. I'm so glad to be apart of this community and this fan base. Thanks for your time reading my short novel. :biggrin2:
Tim

Hello everybody! Name's Matt and I've been a reader/lurker for about a year. I felt like it was time to register and get on board as I feel we are about to enter the most exciting period of Alabama football in my lifetime. I like the way this site is run and I look forward to a lot of good conversations/celebrations about Bama sports.
