...we had it, then let it slip away, came close to getting it back, and let it slip away again.
To get it back?

Learn from this game and the season to date,

Work and practice hard (without the TV cameras and movie producers)

Stay focused,

.....and it will come back!

Have you seen my Mojo???

This is just my analogy on the program from a recent book in professional development I read; "MOJO How to Get It, How to Keep It, How to Get It Back If You Lose It" by Marshall Goldsmith

That's all; nothing against any of the coaches, players, etc.

The only time this season that I have seen any sign of "mojo" is against weak competition. Not sure that we can call that "mojo".

We have so much talent that we don't have to worry about losing to teams like Duke - but in games in which our level of talent did not offer an overwhelming advantage, we have struggled. Now, I don't have a problem with the fact that we have struggled, but the manner in which we have struggled has been disconcerting.

So, for me, mojo (aka, dominant identity) has been completely lacking all season. I hoped that we would win in spite of its absence, but I should have known better.

In my opinion, we haven't consistently had the "mojo" the whole season so far. Last year, this Alabama team was physical and dominant in every game. This year, we have so much talent, but they seem to have lost sight of the "process". The physicality just hasn't been there.

I don't know if the players have been looking past our schedule to the AU game, Alabama fans have certainly been doing this. If anybody thinks our next opponent is a given, think again. This team will need to be focused on EVERY single game to win out.
