Oh how aweome would it be for Keith to come out of retirement for one more national title game. I would love to hear him during the BAMA game.

BTW, I have gone back and watched a few national title games from the past years and have forgotten what a true spectacle it is. In those previous games, I got goosebumps in anticipation for our upcoming game. I mean it is THE game everyone wants to see and we are back in it.

I guess my point of this post is yes act like we have been there before but we are there again and it will be huge. This game is not the sugar or fiesta bowl. It is the national title game. Truly in a league all its own.

You know I just don't remember KJ loving us like everybody seems to think they remember.

As a matter of fact, in the '92 Sugar Bowl I thought he was so pro hurricane it wasn't funny.

Only when he made his line about "their starting to dance in Opp and Andalusia etc..." do I remember much positive from him, at least in that game.

yeah, i know he used to say 'Alabama' drawn out, and it sounded cool, but I've never heard him gush over us. not saying he didn't, I just don't recall it.

The only way I'd like to hear Keith call the game is if we could bring Frank Broyles out of retirement. They were quite a duo back in the day...I never cared for Bob Griese, and that was only exclamated by his recent derogatory comments about Mark Ingram being awarded the Heisman...

Remember when TBS used to do the SEC Game of the week for a while. They had some guy doing the Color Commentary that was really good. I can't remember his name. I just remember he was a former Cornerback for either Georgia or Florida or maybe South Carolina back in the day........ but his color was as good as anyone's at the time

heehehehe lump of coal, and naughty list haha. Just cannot stand to let it go on any longer. I want to go on the record saying I was kidding about about Vern and Gary.. I do love the response it caused. When I saw Keith Jackson was being requested I could not help but spice things up.

Please let Mr Jackson eat his pudding.

My mother use to drive the school bus in the 60's and 70's--however I would cringe if she came back just one more time.
