Ok, I am going to throw out a theory about this. #45 was running late for the photo shoot and they took the picture without him. Then he showed up minutes later and they shot another picture with him.

Gotta disagree with that, too. Here are the two pics, superimposed and adjusted for resolution, perspective and rotation:

Everyone is in the exact same spot, with the same pose and same facial expressions. Getting two shots choreographed identically is almost impossible.

I am convinced that only one team photo was taken, and that the second #45 was added later.
