hey what was the loudest game u been too

mine was the ou game for last year

Last year's Oklahoma ranks up there with the 1999 MSU game when we won the West. Also parts of the 1999 UT game were loud, buut we ended up losing.

The 2002 game at Fayetteville was extremely loud until Shaud busted through the middle for 80 yards on the game's first play. No more pig sooie after that.

OU-2003 no doubt in my mind my ears rang a few times during that game it was so loud!!!!!!

I have been to many a football game at BD. Last year vs. OU was the loudest I've ever been to by far!

No doubt. Last year in the third quarter vs. OU up until Stoops faked the punt. The place was rolling. Stoops knew he had to get the crowd out of the game...that's why he made such a good call with the fake.

I've been attending games in BD since 1970 or so and >>>

without a doubt last years OU game was the loudest I have ever heard BD! If that stadium were built like many to capture noise...it would have been deafening! I can't wait to hear what the sound is like when we enclose the North endzone over the next couple of years!

Last year's OU game was definitely something to be proud of.

However, I still keep going back (in my mind) to that MSU game in '99. Something about it . . .

Maybe it was because after all that we'd been through - 4-7 in '97, the Music City Massacre, DebbieGate, Louisiana Freakin' Tech - to capture that game against an undefeated Bulldog team (also ranked in the Top 10 if I remember correctly) to win the West just gave everyone an opportunity to let out all of their frustrations and elations vocally, at the same time!

I still remember it as if it were last week.

The 2003 OU game was awesome, when walking out of the stadium some Sooner fans told us they had never played in a louder stadium. That lose was easy to swallow when you think about it. RTR :BigA:

The OU game last year gets my vote.99 Miss State was loud,and the 96 Iron Bowl gets some props toward the end of the game.The 94 Old Miss game gets some special consideration-not for the crowd being so loud-but the THUNDER nearly splitting your eardrums!

yep one of the best games ive ever seen. if he punted ou wouldve lost. but you gotta have a big pair to make that call with the noise as loud as it was.

The good thing is that most so far agree that it has been within the last 5 years.(I was a freshman at the 1994 Ga game...everything I remember from that game is courtesy of a preset VCR). I hope that we continue the trend of making noise at all games in the future. Nothing would please me more than for us to have the loudest stadium in the SEC. :BigA:

'94 Georgia is the loudest I've been to at BD. '90 AU and '91 UT at Legion Field are in the same league.

I still kick myself over '99 MSU. Through different circumstances, if I'd gone to visit my in-laws with my wife that weekend I'd have gotten to go to that game and sit in the Budweiser box.
