Apparently the Student Government Association at LSU has planned alittle road trip to bring around 500 students this weekend. I (along with the majority of other UA students) received this email to encourage our students to be out there early so that this will not happen.

"Alright so it seems that about 500 LSU students plan to roll in and "take over" the Gameday broadcast this Saturday. (See link: http://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/messagetopic.asp?p=1383410)

I know it's ridiculously early for a Saturday morning, but I know y'all don't want LSU to upstage us on ESPN. So get out there with your obnoxious posters and give 'em hell.

LSU students have another thing coming to them if they think we are going to let them roll up in here and "take over" OUR Gameday set. I know I will be out there bright and early and I encourage any of you that are coming to do the same. Let's show Gameday exactly how much we support our TIDE!

Ask atlanta how we roll when we beat Georgia. We took control of that city for the night. Im not going with the student gov. , but alabama should not worry about the student gov. They cant drink so they wont be loud. Yall should be in control for a while , but when all the drunks get there yall might not be in control any longer. Good luck guys.

Thats right keep your REP AS THE Biggest, Baddest, Loudest, DRUNKS in Football! I must admit it really makes ya look SMART :rolleyes: !!
Maybe I'm drunk, I thought UGA was in Athens! :eek2:

As for Atlanta I have a Brother-in-law who is on the APD and somehow I don't think he would allow you to take over his City! :rolleyes:
 
Sounds like the drunkards are rebelling. Besides, they will be lucky to get here by Gameday! I will be there around 6:30 a.m. & will be close enough to see the crowd & get my spot in plenty of time.

Now, this is a cause I can get behind. In the good old days, once that bus crossed the state line it would have been pulled over and searched, delay their arrival. Plant some unopened containers of alcohol. Any resistance from one of those boys and spread eagle.

Now I'm going to do your mamas a favor and keep you right here for a spell so our big ole BAMA boys won't whoop you all up side the head. This is the same group that came a few years ago wearing pee yellow shirts that sat in a block in the endzone. I was in Yell Crew then and while we were standing in that endzone before the game, we were called every name in the book by about every single one of them it seemed. "Rednecks" seemed to be their favorite. Surely they realize that's the pot calling the kettle black Anyway, they represented LSU well...or maybe I should just say they represented LSU accurately.

Hey, why not have a few cars of our own? Wait for them near the state line, get in front of them, and make sure they drive the "slowest legal limit". Hehehe
 
Let them come, but I hope not to see them when Gameday airs at 10:30. I wish that I was able to come down for this, but my trip to Alabama was last month. Please Bama students and those who will be there, don't let them get a good view. Camp out there all night if necessary......I hope the quad is packed by 5 am with a sea of Crimson....
