Tipping off in about a minute is Alabama State and St. Francis (PA). Winner gets Auburn on Thursday.

Tipping off in 2 and a half hours is UNC and San Diego State. The winner will face Ole Miss on Thursday.

Actually kinda glad UNC is destroying San Diego St. I do not like the way their coach acted after they beat us a few years ago. Sore winner.

I hate UNC, but Hubert Davis is a great guy. It's kinda hard to root against him.

The only thing is now the committee is patting themselves on the back and thinking "see we told you". Cynic that I am just says, " Congrats UNC, you blew out a team that much like yourselves, did not belong in the tournament. If we still had a 64 team tournament, neither would have been in it."

UNC's AD is on the selection committee. He gets a bonus when UNC makes it in the NCAAT. So, even if we had a 64-team tournament, I think he would've found a way to get UNC in the tournament.

they may make a decent run. They have dynamic enough guards

Texas just looks a step faster than Xavier.

Stands to reason, as coming out of the SEC rather than a poor Big East is definitely more of a crucible.
