Milroe one of the players on the new College Football video game coming out this summer
I remember playing that game back in the early 2000s when we had Brandon Brooks at WR...he was literally like 5'4" and looked like Peter Dinklage running around on the field.Milroe one of the players on the new College Football video game coming out this summer
He read all the negative comments about LANK on Tidefans and was like "Take that Haters!"Forgot that. But even still, why the fixation for him now? It's not about making money anymore.
Not accurate. Rooting for Milroe because I think he has gotten unfair criticism is not the same as rooting for him to be QB1 to spite people who like Ty better.
It's too close to Watts/Zow for my taste.I don’t think the Sims/Coker debate was anywhere near this bad. I would say not even the Hurts/Tua debate was this bad.
Right, because JM is clearly the better passer and TS is clearly the better runner. It's too close to Watts/Zow for my taste.
But you have to admit that he also deserves a fair share of criticism as well. I think too often people want to constantly shut down the conversation because they view anything critical of Milroe as a stupid personal attack.
I think people were fine with Blake Sims knowing his limitations and the assumption of Coker’s higher ceiling because Sims never drew attention towards himself by constantly hee heeing at his critics and doing crap like he did after the Auburn game and the Rose Bowl . Milroe likes the smoke but hates the temperature of the fire.

Agree. Personally, I left A Day 2023 more impressed with Dylan Lonergan than the other QB’s. Idk. I’ll support whoever wins the position. Not accurate. Rooting for Milroe because I think he has gotten unfair criticism is not the same as rooting for him to be QB1 to spite people who like Ty better.
What's really funny is that back then there seemed to be some, shall we say, "preconceived" notions about Zow and Watts and who was a runner and who was a passer that were completely backwards and upside down.Right, because JM is clearly the better passer and TS is clearly the better runner.
I'm just having fun with this.
Yeah, thus the blue font. I remember very well. What's really funny is that back then there seemed to be some, shall we say, "preconceived" notions about Zow and Watts and who was a runner and who was a passer that were completely backwards and upside down.
I mean, some posters on this board tried to make the argument that Bama played for the national championship last year. Shrug…
IF this season doesn't go well, imagine having to explain that to his kids and grandkids???
The ME-ness that is in our program need to be removed. I don't care if we have to go 7-5 to do it.
I think he deserves criticism for his play on the field. Most of the off the field stuff I don't see as a big deal. Especially since there are reports from players and coaches that he is a hard worker. There are a couple things that maybe aren't my favorite or like the LANK country song I think are corny. But overall I don't think most of it matters all that much. Although I do agree that it opens himself up to more criticism if he doesn't improve/play well. But you have to admit that he also deserves a fair share of criticism as well. There were others, not just on this board. He did not say that. He said we were a play or two away from winning a national championship. His point was if we beat Michigan, which we certainly had a chance to, we would have beat Washington in the NC game because Mich beat them by 3 TD's. At least that is how I perceived his post.

In other words don’t talk like Michael Jordan if you’re not Michael Jordan. But here is the thing… When you go to the Rose Bowl and offer up “BoB told me to switch positions and look who is laughing now†you kinda come off as someone that has no control over their emotions and someone that is very cocky. It kinda puts into question what LANK was really intended.
I think it’s true that winning cures a lot of ills and makes alot of criticism go the way of the dodo. But at the same time you better believe that if he slips and continues down this road off the field then the criticism will be deafening
I mean, at least Danny Ainge had some game behind his talk.In other words don’t talk like Michael Jordan if you’re not Michael Jordan.
