need some help about Homecoming

Hey yall I need some advice from yall there is a woman i work with who is a life long Bama fan that has never been to a game before because she is a single Mom so i bought her 2 tickets to the homecoming game what i need to know is it worth going down earlier to watch the parade and other activities they have or not and what should i tell her to do down there that will make her first time a good one thanks and roll tide

If you can make it down Friday evening for the pep rally and bonfire she would enjoy it -which is of course free. There will be a concert later at Coleman, but that will require tickets. The parade starts Saturday morning and she will love it especially if the kids are with her. I would watch the parade up near the Quad where they pass the judges stand in front of Reese Phifer. She can spend the rest of the day around the Quad or the Bryant Museum. Will she have her kids with her?

We took our 3 kids to homecoming last year and they really enjoyed the parade. Plus if she has never been to a game she will want to get there early and enjoy all the fun of Alabama gameday!!
