Just wanted to say it's good to be in the company of several fellow Tide fans. Living here near Atlanta, I don't find too many folks that I enjoy talking about college football with.
A bit about myself.. I've been a 'bama fan since I was around 8 years old (33 now). Back then I remember watching games games with my late grand-pa (God rest his soul). He was never the emotional sort, so seeing him shed a tear after we pulled a come-from-behind victory against Auburn left a lasting impression upon me. I've been a fan ever since.
Since Saban was hired there definitely seems to be a positive sense of change in the air. Actually, I haven't felt this excited since the '92 season
So, here's to a great season and many more to come!
