I actually have Purdue winning it. Some guy on Facebook convinced me with the stat that the last number one overall seed to lose to a 16th seed came back the next year to win the NC.

After watching this game I want turf toes and groin pulls for everyone in the arena Monday.

You can’t play analytics basketball when they don’t call fouls.

There is also a problem of announcers who are former pros. This is the kind of ball they like and played so they dont even sense there's anything wrong.

The Officiating was atrocious no doubt.

But that's not why we lost and I'm not going to whine about that part.

UConn KILLED us on the boards. They repeatedly had 2nd chances off the glass and also limited us to 1 chance on the other end.

We just didn't have somebody to even that out a little.

Plus we just didn't shoot well in the 2nd half.

We went a little cold near the final 10 mins.

Credit to UConn though because every time we made a run they came back and played defense and hit the glass and went and nailed shots.

But we have nothing to hang our heads about here.

This was an INCREDIBLE run by our guys!

I was devastated by last year's Sweet 16 exit because I thought we massively underachieved.

But I'm dang proud of what this year's team accomplished.

They just took our program to new heights and this won't be the last time we make a deep run with CNO running things.

We just need to strike a balance with Offense and Defense.

We'll be back.

Oh and props to Barkley. Really classy guy that I've always liked.
