One loss doesn’t make or break a team - or coach. But as is the case in most situations, this is complicated. Something Is going on here in terms of preparation, execution, scheme, etc. It needs to get fixed in a hurry, because it’s not acceptable.

This team was never going unbeaten, I don’t think any teams goes unbeaten this year but to lose out the gate to a team that went 2-10 a year ago bringing in players and coaches that weren’t even in the program a year ago? After all the hype, the talk, this is how we come out? We lose to Georgia? Fine. Lose to South Carolina? okay. Lose a fluky IB in JHS? Whatever.

But this? This is bad, and we didn’t just lose, we got dominated on both sides of the ball.
