I was highly concerned about this game because of their defense, but I never expected our defense to get trucked all game long.

The difference is that Oklahoma has a legitimate defense… Vandy does not.

They had 2 weeks to install the stuff that Vandy did which they could replicate. But they cannot pass, and Vandy could, so I am flummoxed

That Vandy tape was the roadmap. Why other teams haven't used it is perplexing. Anyone we play going forward will follow that plan. And the playoff teams have QBs better than Pavia. If Bama can't win this one, then so be it. Would get bounced from playoffs anyway.

that also requires context. USCe beat them off turnovers, and to a degree Mizzou did too. But their weaknesses involve the passing game.
