Game Thread: OFFICIAL POST-GAME THREAD - Bama vs. UGA...

Forgive me if this has already been covered in another thread. Did the game winning ball get recovered by the team? There was a lot of chaos in that end zone and it would be a shame if that ball didn’t make it to the Bryant Museum. If I had made the catch, I’d still have three points of contact on that ball today.

Yes, and in the locker room when Saban asked who should get it, it was decided that Saban deserved the game ball. He said he's having everyone on the team sign it and will have it in his office with 'TEAM' written on it.

Just rewatched the second half. Did Tony Brown get pulled after allowing the 80 yard td? I saw him on the sideline looked to be pleading his case to be put back in right before Bama kicked the fg to make it 13-20.
I also noticed that 48 was calm on the sideline until Burton came over and said something to him. He came off the field after the personal foul and Saban got onto him. But after that he was either standing or walking calmly on the sideline until Burton came up. Burton said something to him and that's when he started jawing back and went after him.

I clicked on a youtube of bad calls and no-calls by the refs that cost UGA the game...

I got a little ways through it and just had to stop watching. Half of the complaints were for potential fouls that were not flagged when the replay indicated that they should not have been flagged; in other words, the refs got them right. The person making up the video was not objective at all and for sure does not know the definition of holding or pass interference; plus, as expected, the person didn't recognize the bad calls/no-calls that went Georgia's way. Why did I have to look????

Hope this doesn't come off to me like I'm blaming the defense, just strictly scenario only:

So let's say we get two NOTS the score is 14-3 instead of 13-0, no offensive TDs obviously, Jalen still plays the same and he doesn't get benched, would we hold on for the next 30 minutes to win?

IMO, Yes. The defense would be unbeatable if they played like that early. And GA would have caved like they did against Auburn.

Bless his little heart.

He is right, they won the SEC. At least they got that. Ha ha ha!!
It will be LOOOONNNGGG time before they get over this one because they have no ability to face reality.

Game was fixed? Ok so what does that mean, we should not have been able to sub in our backup QB? Our BACKUP TRUE FRESHMAN QB??? Georgia, you lost to a TRUE FRESHMAN QB who had not played in any serious game time ALL YEAR.

Yeah. Fix was in.

Possible because I saw Shy Carter out there several times in the fourth quarter.

That was not Burton. It was Kerry Stephenson.
