Bama Game Thread: Official PostGame Thread - Bama @ OU

Was about sick for a quarter, then what a turnaround in all phases for the team - lot of fun from there on out. Now can’t wait to see how well we play outside sec with indiana
RTR!

I’m nice, but those of you that were making snotty remarks about the head coach not being up to it and our team being soft and all those remarks about Michigan in the first half game thread need to take about 30 days away from this board.

Football games are 60 minutes long.

And his coach Bryant was fond of saying, there are two times you don’t lose a football game, before the kickoff and at halftime.

That went away in pretty short order.

I need to see some apologies from the "let Michigan have Deboer" and "this isn't Alabama football" folks.

I need to see it now.
I apologize, the team we saw tonight (after the first QTR) was a different team than the past month. Something kicked Bama in the azz and they finally woke up. I hope this team with heart and passion shows up at the Rose Bowl. If so we got a real shot to win.

Well, I've been pretty consistent with my critique But, I've also never said he should be fired or wished for him to leave. I just want him to tweak his approach, and that might very well happen.

I do get though that some people are just like this is it, it works, don't complain. I get that, they have a right to chirp when Alabama has a big win.

I'd much rather look like an idiot and Alabama win, than look really smart and Alabama lose.

Edit: I do think though some people really do overreact even more so than I, heh.

Great comeback. Offense woke up just enough and at the right time, but defensive adjustments were just as , maybe more, critical to flipping the game on its head.
