I just don't see how. On the tackle, he descended straight onto his back, and then his head rebounded and bounced off the concrete. I'm assuming a concussion until I hear something different. No part of him moved for a long time. I think he was out like a light...It is, but my concern is his lower body. His legs were in a somewhat unnatural position and never moved the entire time he was down. My hope is it was either precaution or he has a spinal cord "bruise" and not a tear.
As in twisted but good to go?Saban says twisted knee for Aj.
Glad it's not worse. Hope all those injured rapidly recover.Saban says twisted knee for Aj.

from twitter.@marctorrence: Injury update: AJ has a "twisted knee," Lacy bruised hand, C Jones ankle sprain. All should be fine.

Artificial turf. Are you sure it was concrete? I thought it was just the ground. I wouldn't think they would have concrete on the sideline. Anyway I hope and pray he is okay.
Yes. I'd be somewhat surprised if they didn't.I haven't seen the hit/tackle, in the board's opinion could the SEC deem it worthy of suspension?

No "ground" there. Just rug over concrete...Are you sure it was concrete? I thought it was just the ground. I wouldn't think they would have concrete on the sideline. Anyway I hope and pray he is okay.
Not the hit/tackle where the Mizzou player gut injured. That was just a routine play.Yes. I'd be somewhat surprised if they didn't.
I'm afraid it is. He could have just taken him down sideways. He didn't have to flip him over his head and risk head/neck injuries...Not the hit/tackle where the Mizzou player gut injured. That was just a routine play.
Now, the play where Fanning flipped the guy over his head to make the tackle? Yeah, that's probably a suspension.
