It is going to be a rollercoaster season. The days of domination are over (at least temporarily). So we got to take one game at a time and if we win by 1, then we won.
That’s about the best way to view it right now.

There doesn’t seem to be many if any consistently dominate teams this year other than I guess Texas.

This might be a Wild 2007 type season where there are 2 loss teams all over the place.

So yeah just try to win games even by 1 point and hope you make the field of 12.

With the 12 teamer, this is going to be a really fun season to witness. The froghorns? Yea, they will get what's coming to them...probably a Vandy special and a kick 6 to end the regular season.

You wanna be awbarn? This is how you be awbarn. SMH
Then explain to me why I need to be more patient with what is going on defense? Yes, new systems can take time. Got that. But a no system works if the first contact never brings them down. How many yards did they make after first contact? I can get over busted coverage argument due to new system and inexperience. I can't overlook poor tackling.

Bama is 5-1.

No, not perfect - far from it - but easily correctible.

I told you all the Vanderbilt loss was very telling. I was not a bit surprised with this effort.

Welcome back to DuBose/Shula Alabama Football.
Actually reminds me of Curry football. If we start talking about smash mouth football I am going to quit watching. Curry did at least look better dressed

DeBoer did a good job running the clock down late before snapping the ball during the last scoring drive.

As mentioned earlier, he should have told the players to stop short of the end zone when the clock was under two minutes given that USC had no more timeouts. I'm guessing there are assistants that keep up with clock, downs, timeouts, etc. and are counted on to let the coach know when situations like this occur. The coach should be aware but there is a lot going on.
