My heart paused for several seconds as he made the last man miss, and then as he held the ball with one hand going into the endzone. Keep that durn ball tucked high and tight until you run the 'zone and then back to the sideline guys!!!

As to the way he carried the ball, yeah, I can think of a couple of coaches that after all the congratulations and back slapping would have taken him aside and chewed his butt royally.

So my impression after the game is that Ty didn’t play his best game (though that fumble call was BS, was definitely incomplete) but played good enough, with guys like Bernard and Hill and Williams stepping up big. Defense generated some good pressure, and I think Jam Miller should have sat this game out.

Overall, very enjoyable win over Tennessee- now let’s get the streak going again. I want to hear people saying “the last time Tennessee beat Alabama, AI had just come out and there weren’t flying cars.” 😉

Totally agree seems like a big play every time we try that alignment.

I think we are capable of more on offense, especially when we get the running game straight. But DeBoer is clearly playing a ball control game. Frankly it has a lot in common with the classic joyless murderball of the early CNS era.

I am jealous. I was in Gulfport, MS at my daughter’s band competition (which they swept) only watching the game cast. I hate I missed that pick 6, but I am ecstatic we won. Some of the boys were saying LANK and stuff which was funny but were Bama fans and asking me the score. I have to say it was a great weekend. Roll Tide!

I doubt he got yelled at. I have seen much worse. Yeah for a split second it looked that way but he clearly held on to the ball well into the end zone. Unlike some of these players that act like the ball is on fire as they cross the pylon.
