Well we were supposed to have our last soccer game today. I am sure they will cancel it with the rain. So now I really have a long wait till the Bama game.

In what's becoming sort of a tradition in the EscaTider household, we will be in a hotel room on the beach in Pensacola, as my wife prepares for the Pensacola Marathon taking place early Sunday AM. Had a lot of fun last year as there were tons of LSU fans at the hotel, for whatever reason. The Tide hasn't lost to LSU since we've been doing this...interesting.

Side note: Great start to the football weekend last night, as our Flomaton Hurricanes knocked off New Brockton in the first round of the 2A playoffs. Game was nip and tuck throughout, and New Brockton was driving for a potential game winning score. We picked off a pass on the end zone as time expired, and there was an unbelievable return of said interception for 100 yards to win the game 26-20. Nice to see FHS making a run in 2A, as we're moving up to 3A next season.
