Well, the season is almost over for everyone and complete for many. For the Old Guard, the season's over for one. Mike the first (DuBose) finished up at 7-4 at Milsaps after starting at 0-3. Way to turn things around Mike. Too bad you could not do so back in 2000. OTOH, Mike the second (Price) skidded coming down the stretch, losing 4 of the last 5, and currently stands at 5-6. His final game is with Memphis, and even if the Miners win, I doubt that a 6-6 CUSA team is going bowling. Finally, Frannie has had a bad couple of weeks, losing close games to both Oklahoma and Nebraska. So he's gone from 8-1 and looking like he would save the TAMU job, to 8-3 with an 0-4 record against his major rivals and prabably looking for a nice annuity in which to invest that big buyout that he'll be collecting at the end of the season. With a final game and likely loss to Texas this Friday, lI predict that Kim will be looking for another "pine box house" real soon.
