Game Thread: Peach Bowl game thread

Tebow sounds so awkward being in the booth. His commentary doesn't flow well. The other two will give a long analysis on something and Tebow will respond with a one liner..

I watched the first part of the game when TCU took a 7 to 0 advantage. Then, I had to leave and didn't return until the 4th quarter.

What has happened to Ole Miss? Was it a BAD Bo day? I haven't had a chance to go back through the thread.

LSU and Ole Sis are making the SEC look very, very, very bad. I guess TCU wanted to PROVE that they DESERVED to be in the final 4!
I honestly thought the Ole Sis Defense would slow TCU down. I guess not!

Hopefully, the Alabama Crimson Tide will carry the SEC banner for the rest of the conference.

I'm sure TCU, et al are SICK of hearing about the MIGHTY SEC!

Guys, OM isn't this bad, right?
It's important to remember that bowl games are essentially exhibition games - depending on the circumstances, some teams will take them more seriously than others.

That's why it's never good to take bowl wins and losses too seriously in games that aren't all that meaningful. This is TCU's superbowl - Ole Miss not so much.

Coach Patterson really showed his character in that post-game interview. Congratulations to TCU.

Agreed. Any of the top SEC teams can be beaten if they do not show up ready to play.

Hopefully, Alabama will be READY! tOSU is going to come out ready to kick ---- and take names later. I just hope again that Bama is ready: mentally, physically, emotionally, etc.

They, I'm sure are sick hearing about the Mighty SEC!

Truly one of the worst bowl game losses by the SEC in years. Ole Miss was dinged up by the end of the year but it was still embarrassing.

MSU may be soon to join their in-state rival. Their best hope is GT's lacking defense and tendency to struggle in bowl games with their option attack.

So many people overreact to bowl wins/losses. OU beat us last year and look how this year turned out for both teams..

Props to TCU, but Ole Miss played horribly - Bo looked completely lost out there. I'm guessing he probably partied hard last night. They also lost Tunsil in the game although the game was already over.

I don't mind the SEC losing. What I hate is the chorus that will begin "see? TCU should have been in the playoff!" The march to 8 teams is well on its way.

If we beat OSU and Ore beats FSU, that march will come to a swift end.

I certainly hope that Ole Miss just wasn't energized for this game and that TCU was out to make a statement. In either case, Ole Miss just wasn't the same after they suffered injuries in the LSU/Auburn game. It just sucks that people are going to fixate on this and forget all the other SEC wins over the Big 12.

No doubt. To be honest, I don't think this was much worse than the Bama loss to Okie last year even though all of us know Bama was just disinterested.
