1 can pineapple chunks, undrained (8 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (8oz.)
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
11/2 cups crushed ritz crackers (about 35)
1/2 cup butter, melted
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan.
Stir together cracker crumbs and butter until well mixed.
Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
