Poll: Alabama Fans Least Favorite Coach

I really like Spurrier. He is a straight shooter who tells it like it is. He's been VERY complementary of Alabama fans, calling us the best in the conference.

IMO, most of the anger directed at Fulmer should instead go towards Logan Young and Mike DuBose. Logan Young was the one responsible for intentionally breaking the rules and trashing our program! And DuBose was simply a terrible, terrible coach and leader whose incompetence tore down many of our proud traditions, one by one.

Still, my most hated coach is Fraud, I mean Fran. The phrase "lying POS" comes to mind. :mad2:

Why should we hate Jackie Sherrill? He played for Bear and hasn't done much to make us angry. Every interview with him that I heard, he was always complimentary of us......That being said. Franphony gets my pick...

Umm...no one has voted for Jackie...yet.

Fran!!..... he lied to the BamaNation, saying the rumors were all false.. he didnt have the gumption to face his players when leaving... and he knew before the auburn game he was leaving... if memory serves me... he didnt coach that game, even though he was on the sidelines.... a&m will soon find out about this guy, liars not only lie, but they'll cheat too....

You really have a "Wanted List" the likes of which could fit in any Post Office!

You really have to NOT let your emotions get to you here when thinking of the person who is the No. 1 most vile person on the list. Just think, who is the one person who has caused the "most" damage to Bama Nation, the single one who started the Tide on it's spiral downward!!

You have to agree it's Mike Dubose!

He set all the cogs in motion, he was at the helm when the proverbial "stuff" hit the fan........sure we have Fran who cut us to the quick, we have Phat Phil who did us in, after the "stuff" hit the fan, you have Mike Price who was going through mid-life crisis and just lost it, and the other little ones!

I know it's so very hard NOT to be emotional with our picks; but hopefully, that's what I tried to do....RTR!

Holtz....hands down for me. He just gets on my nerves....plus he's so little he looks like an ugly action figure. Plus, he was talking smack about us on espn. And not to mention he coached at ND...I just hate him.

For me its Fran, and here's why:
-Dubose was just plain dumb. I dont think he intended to create such a mess.
-Fulmer is an opponent. He is supposed to fight us. And yes, his dirty dealings brings him high on my list (to #2), but he is still an opponent and on the outside of our program.
-Fran was supposed to be on our side. He was OUR coach. He made promises to our players and asked things out of them that he did not do himself. He purposefully hurt our team FROM THE INSIDE. He betrayed us. That to me is MUCH lower than what Fulmer did, even if Fulmer hurt us more. So Fran is the lowest of the low. And considering his competition, that is pretty bad.
