I voted to make some major changes on offense. I think in a perfect world, this would work, but I really have doubts that CMS will do it. My mind goes back to a press conference where the question was posed to him several weeks back about his offense being "fundamentally flawed". He just didn't get it or was too stubborn to admit that it was true.
I, like many, really wanted (and still want) Shula and the team to succeed, and I am really sick that it hasn't happened.
I have zero confidence in the decision makers at the University to do what is right to get us out of this mess. I mean, they haven't got that great of a record over the last say ten years when it comes to hiring and firing.
My concern (possibly unfounded) about Spurrier is that if he would so easily jump ship at S. Carolina to come here, what would keep him here if the grass became greener somewhere else or if the heat was really applied when he came here?
