Bolden looking for breakout senior campaign
Brandon Bolden (RB, Baton Rouge, LA) - After an injury plagued junior campaign the 5' 11", 208 with 4.47 speed (recorded at scout combine) tailback is gearing up for a monster senior campaign.

"Practice has been going great," added Brandon Bolden. "We just had our first jamboree. We won the game. Our offense scored 4 TD's and I had three of them. It was a good day. Next Friday we go up against Southern Lab. I am just trying to stay healthy this year, year round. We got a new team and new coaches. I am just going to use last year as a motivational tool. I can not wait to show everyone what I can do at tailback this year."

Alabama - "I like their style of offense. They run the same way we do here. They like to spread you and run a lot of gap plays. I am accustomed to that style of offense."

Surf, all I've been hearing lately is that we'll only take Ken Davis or Chris Jordan... soo what if Bolden picks us? will he be told to wait?... also what about guys like Deboskie or Justin Rogers?... are they all just conditional offers or what?

It sure looks like Davis and Jordan are Bama's top two choices for the remaining RB slot. I believe if Bama takes another RB it would be one of those two. Of course I could be wrong and it could be any one of the offered Bama RB prospects.

I think it may be getting closer to Davis or nobody....and Davis still must show improvement in the classroom before he gets a committable offer. I have a hunch that Jordan would've committed on his unofficial if he had a committable offer.

Bolden does not have a committable offer, IMO.

Deboskie has a conditional offer as of now.

Rogers was offered by the last staff and the current staff is recruiting him at CB.
 
Have we eased off in the recruitment of dontavius jackson since his injury? I thought that we were in his top 3 and a very strong contender for his services. I would like to see chris jordan sign and play runningback. He is a bruiser with blazing straight line speed

Probably more an issue of him cooling on us.

why in the heck wouldn't Jordan have a "commitable" offer?!!!

i dunno i just thought the staff was pretty high on him...
