That would be fun! Watching BB throwing those back shoulder fades to a guy built like that!He is more like OJ. Scales is like Michael Williams. Also, heard tamu thought Smith was like Evans for them.
Some of the recruitniks with more knowledge than me could verify, but I think you're limited to 25 scholarships, no matter how few you gave out the previous year. Can you imagine Cowherd and others if we sign 28 b/c we back filled with some of the early enrollees? We only signed 23 last year so we could fit at least 27 in the class.
Not a recruitnik but thinking some that enrolled earlier this month can be back counted and not considered part of the NSD 25Some of the recruitniks with more knowledge than me could verify, but I think you're limited to 25 scholarships, no matter how few you gave out the previous year.
In other words, you can't average. At the ridiculous extreme, you couldn't give scholarships to 50 players in one year, even if you gave none the previous year, never mind that your 2-year average would be 25.

The 23 included Taylor... We had a few early enrollees amongst the 23 so, nobody but coaches/compliance knows if any back filled. For all we know, we could have room for 30... I'm sure Saban and the REC have tapped a few current players on the shoulder to go have their "check up" to get processed for their medical hardship in order to get to 85!Was 23 with or without Taylor? I cant remember and I am too lazy to go look. That is why I think it was up to 28 signees at one point to be taken.
Oh there is no doubt when the time comes, Coach will have it down to the magical 85. He always does. The 23 included Taylor... It appears we are down to Wednesday, either decisions or our orchestrating, and I love it. We have not had this kind of drama on NSD in some time and it is going to be fantastic with a bullet.Pretty slow on the Recruiting Board. Guess that's not necessarily a bad thing.
That's true, we usually have everything wrapped up by now. Gonna be a furious finish. BTW, don't know how long you've been in Inverness but I went to IES before transferring to the (at the time) newly built Oak Mountain Elementary School. It appears we are down to Wednesday, either decisions or our orchestrating, and I love it. CB?We just got a CB from Barton Simmons for Mykel Jones WR out of LA and another CB for Nigel Knott.
CB = crystal ball from a recruiting "expert". In other words, he is predicting where he believes the player will sign.
Wow....that would be sweet, considering that I don't think we've ever been in the lead. His individual projections make sense. If things play out the way Steve Wiltfong thinks, we will finish #1. Detailed article and commit list below.

Lashley came out of LF, but he is one to watch....
