It's not just RBs - I think Trent is going to put up bigger bench numbers than maybe even some OL. I think he'll outlift most of the DEs.

I still say #3 ranks right up there with #8. Arguably the best ever at Alabama at their respective positions. And they don't come along very often. We will have good backs but tr will be sorely missed.

At least 120 per dumbell: 10, 10lb plates, 2, 7.5 lb plates and 2 either 5 or 2.5lb plates.

more than likely it's 130+ each including the bar and hardware

With his strength, speed, knowledge and work ethic, I think he will be very successful in the NFL.
