I finally found a legit free vid of him. Scout has him at #23CB and Rivals lists him as a S. I would guess we're looking at him for Safety, but he's got the size and speed of a CB. He's got us on top w/ UT right now, but is hoping for a Miami offer. Check out the highlight vid... its impressive. He runs a 4.39 40.

Great closing speed and hits like a freight train. Goes for the ball when tackling too. Lots of balls flying everywhere when he hits the ball carrier. We could use another DB or 3. Doesn't seem like we are on the radar of many DB's. i know we took a lot last class, but we always need to build some depth.

We have plenty of top notch DB's looking at us. Clinton-Dix is already committed and he is the top safety in the country. Jabriel Washington is one of the top cover corners in the country. Damian Swann is an athlete who is being recruited as a DB. The list goes on. Don't worry Nick Saban will never allow us to have a weak secondary.

All is well in my eyes as far as recruiting goes. CNS has DBs lining up. Maybe Mr. Therezie will want to play in the company of great backs in a dynasty.

I know Dix was a big pick-up. Just by looking at the ESPN "Considering" list, there aren't many safeties or CB's in comparison to other positions. I realize that isn't the full AL list, but just a simple observation. I'm sure it will all pan out in the end. It just seems odd that we don't have more looking at us. I would think Saban wants to pick up at least 4 DB's this year. Dix and Damian Swann seem like sure signees. There are other top notch prospects, just not many.

Most of the guys you are hearing about now are the top guys on our early boards. Those numbers will grow as the summer goes on. And I can assure you if we miss on some of our top guys and CNS starts pushing for some of his second and third choices you will see guys falling over themselves to go to Bama.

Just as Clinton-Dix went from unranked to #1 Safety, I think Therezie will move up quickly as well. I didn't see many (any?) corner blitzes in his tape like we did w/ HCD, but everything else looks pretty equal. If we do pull down 4-5 DB's (w/ 2 already committed), this would be a nice grab... someone who can play Safety or CB well. The other Safety, IMO, would be Malcolm Mitchell and other CB would be Damian Swann.

Also, Glasscutter, many future DB's are listed as 'athletes' on the recruiting sites right now... so that may be a reason you're not seeing a few of them.

"He's hoping for a Miami offer."

Why? Does he want to play for a loser (see UT and Thug U) or a winner? The choice is all his.....
