I'll say this about that.

I think for UTx fans, it's sour grapes. But when you acknowledge Mack's career, you have to consider that one of his two BSC games was played with a backup qb. I still think we win, mind you, but if you're analyzing his overall success, it has to be acknowledged that his quarterback wasn't in there. Now, you can turn around and blame him for building too much of the team around Colt, as well. So it's a double-edged sword.
I have no problems with Brown's career. He had a really successful coaching career. However, the article was not about Mack Brown's career. The article was a timeline describing why Texas was so sure Nick Saban was going to be their coach. And I believe the drivel posted in the article is funnier than all of the poppycock from Texas fans (and even Brown himself) that they would have beaten Bama "if only Colt hadn't gotten hurt."
