His stats and impact were the worst of the three. Seriously.Sam's a hell of a good kid. You surprise me. Seriously.
I was a good kid, too. They didn't give me the Heistman...

Tebow, aka Superman, will be back in NYC next year (barring injury), especially after he single handedly takes OU and Bradford apart in the BCSCG.
Don't waste any tears...
I don't understand the voting. The announcer stated, and showed a graphic that Tebow won more 1st place votes. I don't understand voting for 2nd and 3rd place; why would you vote for 2nd and 3rd place, and how did it influence the vote?
He was, at best, the third best player available. That, my friends, is why we call it the Heistman...
Show some class, NY.I agree it was a close call between Sam and Tim, but no where near the scale of the robbery 10 yrs ago when Peyton got jobbed.
For all those that say Tebow meant more to his team, the award is given to the most outstanding player and not the most valuable player...
Dang NYBF.... you sounding a lot like Gary Danielson now..:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:Agreed - Tebow is the best that the NCAA has seen since Hershel Walker, IMO...

I'm with you, CG. Tim's great, & is hugely important to his team, & is a great kid w/ a good story. But dadburn...we've heard it! I'm just wondering if it's safe for Gary Danielson to be alone tonight since his boy Tim didn't win it...; )Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I couldn't stomach Tebow winning another Heisman. He's certainly a great story, but the media has about made me sick of hearing his name.
I'm glad Tebow didn't win it. I'm so damn tired of the media lovefest with him.
Sam's a hell of a good kid. You surprise me. Seriously.
Thank you!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way!!!
I thought it was well deserved. There isn't a better passer in college football than Bradford IMO.
