They actually have experiments and tasks for them - they're working while they're up there.what do they do with the other 23 hours 59 minutes and 48 seconds
NASA needs more than one provider in an ideal world,, but Boeing seems to be falling apart.NASA will return @BoeingSpace's #Starliner to Earth without @NASA_Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams aboard the spacecraft.
They will fly home aboard a Dragon spacecraft with two other crew members assigned to the agency’s SpaceX #Crew9 mission. Starliner is expected to depart from the @Space_Station and make a safe, controlled autonomous re-entry and landing in early September.

Despite NASA's concerns about earlier thruster problems and multiple helium leaks in the ship's propulsion pressurization system, the Starliner had no problems undocking and moving away from the station at 6:04 p.m. EDT and executing a critical 59-second deorbit braking maneuver at 11:17 p.m. to drop out of orbit.
I wonder what they are wearing since they only expected to be gone for a few days? Are they able to 'wash' clothes while at the space station? They actually have experiments and tasks for them - they're working while they're up there.
There is no laundry machine on the ISS - they literally wear the clothes until they can't stand the stink then discard them. They're sent new clothing via the regular resupply missions.I wonder what they are wearing since they only expected to be gone for a few days? It's scheduled for day three of the mission (which would be tomorrow, Sept 12 if everything goes as planned). When is the space walk?
Not to throw shade on this but from what I have seen it was more of a space peek. I didn't see anyone actually come completely out of the capsule and float around. It did appear however that the new space suits were a success being a lot more flexible than previous ones. When is the space walk?
Yeah, that was announced months ago - it was a test run of the whole system and process. Not to throw shade on this but from what I have seen it was more of a space peek.
