I haven't been an Alabama fan that long (since 2005), but Vinnie has been one of my favorite Alabama players right along with Julio, Ingram, Richardson, Mt. Cody, Arenas, McElroy, McCarron, and Dareus. And it started with this play

I am hoping that his walking off the field without a major limp equates to this being something that he will come back next year 100%.

Vinnie is the guy that will make an NFL roster over an underachieving higher round pick. Coach Saban is grooming our future coaches like Norwood and Vinnie.

We have not seen the last of Vinnie!

He may not be on the field but you can bet he will play a huge role in this teams future success.

Someone else made a great point that he could play in any era, I totally agree & I know Coach Bryant would have loved this kid.

Vinnie could make a larger impact on Alabama Football than we can think about now.

Vinnie is and will always be one of my favorite players. He reminds me of Arenas (another fav), he gives 110% every play. I have no doubt he will be successful in whatever he does, he may be the next great Defensive Coordinator after he is done playing.
