I have a ton of respect for the Chiefs and Mahomes and I really do not have a dog in this fight. I just hope everyone has fun.
That said, two stories about Jalen that show me the nature of the man:

This one is really touching.
Jalen Hurts Meets Alexander, age 6. It is Jalen's rookie season. It is "back to school" time and a kid in Red Stick wants a Jalen Hurts backpack.

You can't get a Jalen Hurts backpack (at that time), so Jalen has one made and delivered to Alexander.
The guy is a hero in my book and I've known a bunch.
(Notice his big brother was a fan of a different quarterback. How'd that work out for him?)

Love Jalen, and at the end of the day, I think he will be a Super Bowl champion. I gotta pull for Chief's center, no.52, Creed Humphrey. He's from my hometown, Shawnee Oklahoma, and a former Sooner too.

Well fellas it’s a bad day for me I had the misfortune of finding my grandmother had passed away this morning. In the grand scheme of things No game truly matters today but she really wanted Jalen to win tonight. So on that note come on Jalen win this one for Booba.
