IMO, it is Ty Simpson's best opportunity to take the job and not look back until he gets drafted. But, he is going to have to submerge himself int the playbook, take initiative and get WR's together in the offseason to work on timing. We will begin next season with a quarterback without much if any real game experience which is going to bring hiccups of its own, regardless of how prepared the QB is. But if we get a QB who hasn't truly prepared to the very best of their ability, on top of the lack of game experience, it could be a truly disappointing season next year, like an 8-4 type of season. SEC games are hard to win with an average performance at qb, but almost impossible to win with below average performances. Or you better have one helluva running game and dominating defense.
