Your Avatar looks like Steve Spurrier

Hey TIDE-HSV I'm really glad to hear that you are doing
better.

By the way I have a slightly torn rotator cuff in both of
my shoulders and I really dread when the day comes
when I have to have surgery done on them because I
understand that it takes a good while to bounce back.

No offense but the picture that your using as your avatar it
looks just like Steve Spurrier. :biga2:

"Mature"...

sounds better than "senior." However, there's no getting around the fact that I go on Medicare in seven days. I didn't see any older than my 65 in the age thread. On Spurrier, the main resemblance is the chin/lower jaw area. His being from where he's from, he may have a little Cherokee also. Mine is strictly Cherokee. I will point out that he's had a face-lift and I haven't. :) When he went to the RS, he sort of disappeared for a while and looked a lot better when he came back. There were actually before/after pics in the newspapers...

The gravity part got me about 5 years ago (at 42).

You're looking pretty sporty for a soon-to-be on the Medicare roll

BTW, Bama up 54-20 at half

Having...

Indian blood helps. The hair doesn't go white until very late in life and it doesn't fall out (I have only a few white hairs - my uncle complained, shortly before passing away at 87. that his hair turned white at 75). And the skin doesn't hurt, either. The downsides are heart and liver problems (particularly with alcohol), and tendencies towards high blood pressure and diabetes. I only have the high blood pressure and high cholesterol, both of which I control with meds...

Well...

I feel fair this AM, but I didn't get much sleep last night. More a dozen little discomforts than major pain. Sleeping propped up on my back has never been my favorite position...

Nope...

that pic's deceiving. My hair is really light brown (Indian or not) and bleaches out blondish on top in the summer. Can't do that with the bottled stuff. Bathing in GF wouldn't do much good since, like any good part-Indian, I only have hair in two patches on the old bod - head and, well... :) I was just thinking that I have a next door neighbor with NO Indian blood, originally from Kansas, with dark brown hair and NO white hairs. She's 74...
