come on DW, i never say good riddance to any player in good standing, he had his problems this year but was a good player. I appreciate any player that plays for us including portal jumpers. Hopefully he finds a good spot. somewhere.DELETED
That's what I thought the moment I heard it...Zero information but for him to stay Saban may have told him THERE WILL BE an open QB competition next season and he will have a legit shot.
I would think the portal and NIL really hurt JUCO programs.Juco guys haven't panned out for us of late.
It seems I saw him coming off the field on Monday looking at the staff with his hands up like “what did I do wrongâ€Â.It seemed like players were fussing at him for running incorrect routes. I saw a couple times were Saban yelled at him. He just couldn’t get on track
I seen the same jesterIt seems I saw him coming off the field on Monday looking at the staff with his hands up like “what did I do wrongâ€Â.
I know the posted article stated he didn’t see playing time Monday, but I’m almost certain I saw #11 on the field with the offenses at one point.
Not a surprise really. He was basically 5th string at this point.
Two years and can’t get much playing time - with the underachieving starters Bama had.

Loot at Kelce’s arms, and look at Brock’s, and the guys weigh about the same (Brock may be a little taller). It must be a strength thing. Kelce competes in the NFL under 300 lbs (289 if hes telling the truth on his podcast). Good technique can overcome some of the size issues at center (not saying Brockermeyer is the next Kelce, but Kelce wasn't all world either when he got drafted).
Probably so. Now...if only we could get Kelce's o-line coach to come here and do for Brock (and the rest of the line) what he did for Kelce...Loot at Kelce’s arms, and look at Brock’s, and the guys weigh about the same (Brock may be a little taller).
if picture I saw of Brock was accurate, its upper body strength that’s the problem.
Maybe it did. I read it as saying he didn’t see playing time the last two games. I’ll go back and look.I thought the article said he played, but did not record any stats.
To be fair the Barn defensive back clapped his hands twice before Seth snapped the ball. He didn't set up the 4th and 31. Not saying he didn't have some bad snaps, but I also believed he has gotten blamed for some things that were not his fault.DELETED
Jeff Saturday was 6’2†295. Played a long time in the NFL.Probably so. Now...if only we could get Kelce's o-line coach to come here and do for Brock (and the rest of the line) what he did for Kelce...![]()
Talking about Jeff Saturday, I heard him on a show Tuesday and to make it short he said that their is alot that goes into center position, calling line assignments, snapping and making your block, he also pointed out and I didn't see this live but Michigan put a nose tackle on Seth everytime because they knew he had trouble snapping, have him something else to think aboutJeff Saturday was 6’2†295.
