Thought the same, but he said he's only there out of respect for Bucky and MBHS. I question why Bucky would invite him if it didn't mean anything...

I can't imagine him being asked to attend if it didn't matter though. Maybe he's had a late change of heart to the Tide. Otherwise, I still say we'd have seen movement on Rojas.
