Tough loss, but I've watched more Bama basketball this year than I have I have in my entire life. The future is bright!

Besides a few errors, I think this is the best we could of played. Proud of the boys for hanging in there and having a shot at the end.
Would like to have seen Green make that free throw at the end to perhaps send the game into overtime, especially considering Patrick Young had fouled out.
Good building block going into the Madness. Hopefully we can make a lil noise.

Tough one, but I'm proud of the way our guys fought. Lacey is going to be a baller. Been a while since we beat UF in basketball, tired of losing to them.

Great effort. This team didn't fold when it got tough. Proud of them for fighting so hard. If TL stays straight up instead of falling away that shot is in. I read think we can make some noise in the tournament. Not every team can shoot the 3 like UF. I had losing but RTR!

I know this has been the theme for the past 6-7 years...

But we really are a shooter or two away from being an amazing basketball team.

Great effort by our guys today. I think the better team won...but we definitely had a chance today. If we can bring our defense with us and maybe a hot shooter or two...we can make some noise in the NCAA Tournament.

I feel much better today than I did a year ago...that's for sure! RTR!

The last time we lost a close game to UF in the SEC tourney I believe we went on to make our run to the elite 8. I could be getting my yrs mixed up but I think I'm right.

I looked at UF's roster expecting (hoping) to see a bunch of seniors; not the case. Boynton (jr); Beal (Fr); Young (so). Walker is the only senior. Maybe a bright future for Florida as well... Beal killed Bama; didn't know he was a freshman.

I think we should start playing H-O-R-S-E in practice seriously though, great effort just not enough shots falling. If we run into someone that plays good zone defense we will be in trouble in the tourney.

We actually attacked UF's zone pretty good today.

We out shot them by a pretty large margin, but them having so many more 3's was the obvious difference in the game. If I'm honest, I expected them to win by double digits, so I'm pleased with the effort.

Wonder why we did not see more Randolph, Cooper, and even Engstrom for a minute or 2 on Young?? No Eblen at all either, even when Walker was blowing by and then picking his shooter to kick out to?

Also, why has Steele become a guy who will never shoot the 3?
