I heard on Finebaum today the UAB-Rice game last night only had 119 in attendance......

Anyone hear this or confirm this?

According to the box score on the Rice vs. Marshall game at the same arena, there were 258 in attendance, so 119 against UAB is entirely possible.

Rice has only won 4 games (lost 20) this season. It is hard to get people excited when a team's performance is so dismal.
