Is that normal, to dress out when you KNOW you're not playing? Thought it was standard to have jersey, no pads etc.

Yah, typically if you're not playing you don't dress. But there are rumors that Del Rio could possibly play if needed.

Always are. Coming into this game they're 115th in the nation in penalties per game, and that's against a REALLY soft schedule.
